This policy applies to laksharcdesign.com, operated by Laksharc Design, an independent design studio in Ahmedabad, India. For any privacy question, write to aim@laksharcdesign.com or call +91 74878 12470.

We do not require an account to browse this site. If you use the contact form, we collect the details you submit: name, email address, mobile number, and any other field you fill in.

If you email or call us directly, we also keep the information you choose to share so we can reply and, where relevant, discuss a project.

We use enquiry details only to:

• respond to your message and follow up on a possible project
• keep a record of the conversation for our studio files
• contact you about the work you asked us about

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing lists.

Messages sent through the website are delivered by email to our studio inbox (currently via Zoho Mail). The site is hosted by a third-party provider. Those services process data on our behalf so the website and mail can function.

We keep enquiry records for as long as we need them to handle the conversation, a live project, or a legal or accounting requirement, then delete or archive them in the ordinary course of studio work.

This site does not use advertising cookies or a third-party analytics tracker. The host may set strictly technical cookies or logs needed to serve the page securely. Your browser may also store its own data; that is outside our control.

We share personal information only with the tools required to run the site and email, or if the law requires us to. If a project needs a printer, fabricator or other specialist, we share only what that job needs, and only with your knowledge.

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete an enquiry we no longer need to keep. Email aim@laksharcdesign.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.

We may update this policy when our site or how we handle information changes. The date at the top of this page is the latest version.
