How we
work.
Four movements, in order. Each one has to earn its keep before the next begins — no design without a decision, no delivery without a design.
02 — Define
Name the idea.
Positioning, narrative, and the one sentence the whole project has to serve. Everything downstream is a test of it.
03 — Design
Make it inevitable.
Two or three genuine directions — then a full system: type, colour, layout, imagery. We iterate in the open.
04 — Deliver
Hand it over well.
Files organised the way a working team actually needs them, plus guidelines so the next designer cannot get it wrong.
